Vendor Applications are now open for the 2025 Georgian Bay FanCon!

Artists & Vendors:

If you’re an amateur or professional artist, don’t miss this opportunity to showcase your work, take commissions, and meet other fandom art lovers in our community! We look forward to seeing original drawings, paintings, sculptures, jewelry, crochet items, buttons, stickers, and so much more. We are also accepting applications from resellers of a diverse background of fandom merchandise.

• Booth Space: 10′ X 10′ booth space includes 2 chairs – tables available for $25 (limited quantities)
• Cost:
  • Artist Booth – $50 single, $100 double.
  • Vendor Booth – $100 single, $200 double, $125 corner, $250 corner double
• Additional: Includes social media promotion and website bio

Rules:

• Please note that Georgian Bay FanCon does not allow the sale of bootlegs, pirated media, knockoffs, or unlicensed products
• Electricity is not provided, but may be available if requested in advance
• While sales of prop weapons are permitted, realistic/metal/ potentially dangerous weapons are not allowed

2025 Georgian Bay FanCon AI Artwork Policy

At Georgian Bay FanCon, we proudly support original creators and their work. This policy exists to protect artists in our community and to ensure that the art shared at our event is the product of human creativity.

Policy Guidelines

• No AI-generated artwork of any kind may be sold, marketed, or distributed at the event.
  
  
• This includes, but is not limited to, prints, stickers, merchandise, or any creative works where AI has been used to generate, enhance, or alter the artwork being sold.
  
  
• For the purposes of this policy, “AI-generated artwork” means any image, design, or creative work substantially created or modified using machine-learning/artificial intelligence tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, etc.).
  
  
• Practical use of AI tools (such as booth backdrops, signage, or promotional materials) is permitted, provided these items are not being offered for sale.
  
  

Enforcement

• Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the show floor without refund.
  
  
• Determinations regarding violations are at the discretion of the Georgian Bay FanCon organizers, and all rulings are final.
  
  
• Vendors acknowledge and agree to this policy as a condition of participating in the event.
